Summary
Smith Executive Education requires all participants of Programs to conduct themselves in a professional manner that encourages a safe, healthy learning environment. We prohibit any kind of harassment, intimidation, or discrimination, on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national/ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, genetic information, age, disability, or service in the military or other uniformed services.

We prohibit any kind of harassment, intimidation, or discrimination, on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national/ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, genetic information, age, disability, or service in the military or other uniformed services.
Participants of Programs may be privy to confidential information. Such information may relate to business, intellectual property, or an individual's career or professional development. All confidential information shall be protected by discussing it solely within the Program setting, for the purpose of professional development only.
